⚠️ 개인정보처리방침 원천은 STORE/privacy-policy.md다. 이 문서의 이용약관(제1~11조)은 계속 유효하지만, 아래 “개인정보처리방침” 절은 그 파일과 반드시 동기화되어야 한다. v1.1(광고·구독)과 v1.2(Play 게임즈 서비스)를 반영해 갱신했다.

제1조 (목적)

본 약관은 JoyKade(이하 “앱”)의 이용 조건과 절차, 이용자와 개발자의 권리·의무를 정합니다.

제2조 (서비스의 내용)

  1. 앱은 개발자가 직접 제작한 고전 장르의 게임 모음을 제공합니다.
  2. 모든 게임은 기기에서 실행되며, 게임 플레이에 인터넷 연결이 필요하지 않습니다.
  3. 회원가입과 로그인이 없습니다. 이용자의 게임 기록·설정은 기기 안에만 저장됩니다.

제3조 (약관의 효력과 변경)

  1. 본 약관은 앱 내 또는 공개 페이지에 게시함으로써 효력이 발생합니다.
  2. 개발자는 관련 법령을 위반하지 않는 범위에서 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 앱 또는 공개 페이지에 고지합니다.
  3. 변경된 약관에 동의하지 않는 이용자는 앱 이용을 중단하고 삭제할 수 있습니다.

제4조 (이용자의 의무)

이용자는 다음 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다.

  1. 앱을 역공학(리버스 엔지니어링)·디컴파일·수정하거나 그로부터 파생물을 만드는 행위
  2. 앱 또는 그 일부를 무단으로 복제·배포·판매하는 행위
  3. 부정한 방법으로 게임 기록을 조작하거나, 앱의 정상적인 동작을 방해하는 행위
  4. 관련 법령을 위반하는 행위

제5조 (지식재산권)

  1. 앱에 포함된 게임의 프로그램·그래픽·사운드·명칭 등 일체의 저작물은 개발자에게 귀속됩니다.
  2. 앱에 수록된 게임은 전부 개발자가 직접 제작한 오리지널 작품이며, 타사의 게임 파일이나 저작물을 포함하거나 요구하지 않습니다.
  3. 이용자는 앱을 개인적·비상업적 목적으로만 이용할 수 있습니다.

제6조 (유료 서비스)

  1. 앱은 기본적으로 무료로 제공됩니다.
  2. 개발자가 유료 상품(구독 등)을 제공하는 경우, 결제·갱신·환불은 각 앱 마켓(Google Play, App Store)의 정책과 절차에 따릅니다.
  3. 구독 상품은 이용자가 해지하기 전까지 각 마켓의 정책에 따라 자동으로 갱신될 수 있으며, 해지와 환불 요청은 해당 마켓을 통해 처리됩니다.
  4. 유료 상품의 내용과 가격은 앱 내 구매 화면에 표시됩니다.

제7조 (광고)

개발자가 앱에 광고를 게재하는 경우, 광고의 내용과 광고주에 대한 책임은 해당 광고주에게 있습니다. 광고를 통해 연결된 외부 서비스의 이용으로 발생한 문제에 대해 개발자는 책임을 지지 않습니다.

제8조 (데이터의 보관과 손실)

  1. 게임 기록·설정은 이용자의 기기에만 저장되며 별도의 서버 백업이 없습니다.
  2. 앱 삭제, 기기 초기화·교체, 저장 공간 부족 등으로 데이터가 소실될 수 있으며, 개발자는 이를 복구할 수 없습니다.

제9조 (면책)

  1. 개발자는 천재지변, 기기·운영체제의 결함, 이용자의 고의·과실 등 개발자의 통제를 벗어난 사유로 발생한 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
  2. 앱은 “있는 그대로” 제공되며, 특정 목적에의 적합성을 보증하지 않습니다.
  3. 본 조항은 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서만 적용되며, 개발자의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 인한 손해는 제외합니다.

제10조 (준거법과 분쟁 해결)

본 약관은 대한민국 법을 준거법으로 하며, 분쟁이 발생한 경우 관련 법령이 정하는 절차에 따릅니다.

JoyKade의 게임 기록은 기기를 떠나지 않습니다. 게임 기록·최고 점수·즐겨찾기·설정은 전부 사용자의 기기 안에만 저장되며, 개발자는 이를 볼 수도, 수집할 수도 없습니다.

본 방침이 변경되면 이 페이지에서 고지합니다.

Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms govern your use of JoyKade (the “App”) and set out the rights and obligations of users and the developer.

2. The Service

  1. The App provides a collection of classic-genre games created by the developer.
  2. All games run on your device. No internet connection is required to play.
  3. There is no sign-up or login. Your game records and settings are stored only on your device.

3. Changes to These Terms

  1. These Terms take effect when posted in the App or on a public page.
  2. The developer may revise these Terms within the limits of applicable law and will post any changes in the App or on the public page.
  3. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you may stop using and delete the App.

4. User Obligations

You agree not to:

  1. reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works from the App;
  2. copy, distribute, or sell the App or any part of it without permission;
  3. manipulate game records by improper means or interfere with the normal operation of the App;
  4. use the App in violation of applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property

  1. All programs, graphics, sounds, and names contained in the App belong to the developer.
  2. Every game in the App is an original work created by the developer. The App does not contain or require any third-party game files or copyrighted material.
  3. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

6. Paid Services

  1. The App is provided free of charge by default.
  2. If the developer offers paid items (such as subscriptions), payment, renewal, and refunds are handled according to the policies and procedures of the respective app store (Google Play, App Store).
  3. Subscriptions may renew automatically under the store’s policy until you cancel. Cancellations and refund requests are processed through that store.
  4. The content and price of any paid item are shown on the purchase screen in the App.

7. Advertising

If the developer displays advertising in the App, the advertiser is responsible for the content of its advertisements. The developer is not responsible for problems arising from your use of external services reached through an advertisement.

8. Data Storage and Loss

  1. Game records and settings are stored only on your device; there is no server backup.
  2. Data may be lost when the App is deleted, the device is reset or replaced, or storage runs out. The developer cannot recover it.

9. Disclaimer

  1. The developer is not liable for damages arising from causes beyond its control, including natural disasters, defects in the device or operating system, or your own intent or negligence.
  2. The App is provided “as is” without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
  3. This section applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not exclude liability for the developer’s willful misconduct or gross negligence.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will be resolved according to the procedures set out in applicable law.

Your game data never leaves your device. Game records, high scores, favorites and settings are stored only on your device; the developer cannot see or collect them.
